With a focus on patient care and satisfaction we utilize a range of manual therapy techniques such as Counterstrain, with hour long, one on one appointments. Our therapists are constantly improving and updating their skill set, each being able to focus on specific interests and providing a range of tools and philosophies available for diverse patient care.

Our clinic has been designed and purpose built for the perfect blend between function and aesthetics. Incorporating warm tones, private and open rooms and a connection to the rustic roots of Sisters through use of 100 year old timbers salvaged from the existing property structures.

We understand that sometimes navigating the complexities of today's health care can be challenging, but our highly trained, patient and compassionate front office staff will do their best to make sure your experience will be pleasant from beginning to end.
One-on-one focused care
Green Ridge PT & Wellness places a premium on the time and attention we provide to every patient. Each patient receives "one-on-one" care throughout his/her visit and we strive to schedule as best we can with the same therapist each time. We feel this provides the optimal environment for healing, connection and efficiency of achieving patient goals.

Green Ridge Physical Therapy & Wellness is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity for graduating Sisters High School students who are focusing their intentions on a career in health care and wellness. Recognizing the growing importance and need for skilled and dedicated professionals in this diverse field, our hope is to encourage and support young adults who have a strong desire to pursue this career goal and to contribute to the health and wellness of others.
Adopt a road
Twice a year the Green Ridge family makes their way out to Camp Polk Road between the Wilt road turn off and Hawks Flight Road to volunteer their time in cleaning up the highway. This stretch of road is one of the most beautiful sections in Sisters Country with camp Polk Meadow Preserve to the East, Willow Springs Preserve to the South and the historic Sisters Cemetery set next to the beautiful Wychus Creek.
