Our Treatment Approach

We approach every patient with the knowledge that each individual has his or her own unique strengths and challenges. Our interventions aim to bring about changes to structure and function of the body and allow it to reach its full potential to heal and remain healthy. This is achieved through techniques and strategies that influence multiple systems throughout the body including muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, fascia, lymphatics, neural tissue, blood flow and fluid movement.

These techniques are reinforced with specific exercises designed to restore normal function to the muscles, ligaments and joins and their receptors in a way that best mimics their normal patterns of use.

For the higher-level athletes, these exercises are expanded and modified with weights and other resistance tools to bring about a speedy and safe return to activity.
